what is car insurance deductible

Car insurance deductible

This is a certain sum of money you have to remit to your insurance company towards a claim, which may be you involved in an accident before your car insurance company starts to pay. It works in the following way, if you claim may be 1000 British pounds on an accident and your car insurance policy have 300 British pounds deductible, it means  you have to pay the 300 pounds while your insurance company pay 700 pounds. You should also note that paying higher deductible may reduce your premium depending on the car insurance company. My advice is this; always pay deductible that you can afford and always set aside saves for this. Contact your insurance company to know more about car deductible.
